David & Vicki Asplin I would like to pass on my thanks to all your staff who helped to make our perfect weekend. from the moment we arrived everyone did their utmost to make us feel at home and nothing was too much trouble. the Great Hall was such a beautiful venue for the wedding service and being able to have the blessing in your wonderful chapel just added that extra magic. Firstly the estate, steeped in so much history. Immaculate comes to mind. The grounds all so lovingly attended, even being attended to on the morning of our arrival. The accommodation, so warm clean and inviting, absolutely great. All facilities, there, ready and available. The staff, well what can we say. 'The experience was brilliant'. The team you have under your guidance are to say the very least, dedicated, enthusiastic, warm and of attitude, nothing is too much trouble. Catering, both the quality and presentation of food was exquisite. Table service, the timely manner in which your staff delivered the service was impeccable. Quite something to experience. The Wedding & Chapel Services, absolutely lovely. The attention to the smallest detail thought about and catered for in advance, even down to lighting the fire in the Great Hall for maximum visual effect, minimal heat generation to guests sitting in close proximity. To say the least, the Professionalism of the entire establishment is to the highest order. In reflection we have thought in depth about our weekend, and have tried to identify areas you could improve on. We have been unable to do this. As a final comment, we would like to thank you Sarah & Robbie for the experience.
